Decagon is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to build and scale programs for its Solutions Engineering and technical post-sales teams. This is a foundational role within the GTM Productivity team, focused on developing technical talent, enhancing field effectiveness, and scaling execution across pre-sales and post-sales functions. The position offers high visibility and direct impact on Decagon's growth, sitting at the intersection of talent development and business scaling.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific training for Solutions Engineering and technical post-sales teams.
- Drive field readiness and performance through technical playbooks, training, and certification programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and impact.
- Lead consistent enablement cadences and high-impact sessions with technical leaders and top performers.
- Own enablement infrastructure and insights, optimizing content, learning systems, demo environments, and AI tooling.
- Lead key GTM moments such as Kickoffs, technical summits, and QBRs.
- Partner with Solutions and post-sales leadership to define and operationalize excellence in technical roles.
- Evolve enablement programs as the company scales, introducing new initiatives and leveraging AI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, or related technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience working closely with technical field teams, including Solutions Engineers or Architects.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
- Strong program management and execution skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, technology, and GTM teams.
