Decagon is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Strategic - East, a key technical role focused on shaping the future of AI-powered solutions within the enterprise sector. This position blends pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them in integrating Decagon's AI-native platform into their existing complex systems and demonstrating its value.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions that deliver strong ROI for customers.
- Architect and create generative AI experiences for customer end-users.
- Develop tailored demonstrations of the Decagon platform to meet specific customer needs and demonstrate value.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, including C-level executives, business users, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Functional understanding of Go-To-Market systems and workflows.
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience (preferred).
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment (preferred).
