Strategic Account Director

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to penetrate and close key strategic accounts.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
• Understand customer business needs, challenges, and priorities to identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (founders, strategists, engineering) to deliver customized solutions.
• Forecast and report accurately on pipeline and revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic deals.
• Provide feedback and insights to product and leadership teams to influence the company roadmap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
• Undertake moderate travel as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and business expansion with large, complex accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-suite executives.
• Consultative selling approach focused on value-based solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience selling AI or customer support/experience software is a plus.
