Our Enterprise Product team is responsible for creating the platform that enables customers to build, maintain, and enhance their AI agents, making sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to both technical and non-technical users. As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will own the design and development of robust, scalable systems that allow customers to confidently create and optimize their AI agents, working closely with customer-facing teams to understand workflows and translate them into elegant, scalable product features.
Responsibilities
- Eliminate manual engineering work by building self-serve functionality for agent configuration, training, and deployment.
- Create AI-powered tools enabling non-technical teams to manage sophisticated workflows without coding.
- Design configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity for diverse use cases.
- Build monitoring and analytics to surface actionable insights for agent improvement.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical architecture through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building full-stack software products with strong product thinking.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, comfortable working across the entire stack.
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into simple, usable interfaces.
- Track record of balancing technical excellence with pragmatic shipping.
