Decagon is seeking a Senior Product Designer to invent the future of enterprise AI agent UX. This role is an opportunity to define how teams build, control, and trust autonomous agents, creating new interaction patterns for chat, voice, and authoring interfaces. You will work across product areas, owning initiatives from discovery to launch, translating ambiguity into clarity, and balancing vision with business goals. As a senior member of a growing design team, you will also shape our culture and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Own design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption.
- Frame problem spaces and design concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
- Guide decisions with structured thinking and clearly articulated design rationale.
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, and go-to-market teams.
- Interview customers and translate learnings into the product roadmap.
- Ship polished new features and meaningful refinements to key flows.
- Build foundational design systems to improve team velocity.
- Prototype in Figma and AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code, directly on the codebase.
- Shape the design team's culture, hiring practices, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product designer.
- 2+ years of experience designing at similar scale and complexity.
- Experience with complex systems, B2B SaaS, and enterprise products.
- Proven track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Strong visual and interaction design craft.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered design tools.
- Prototyping skills that enable rapid iteration.
- Curiosity and hands-on interest in AI.
