About the job
Decagon is seeking a Senior Agent Product Manager to own the successful delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for their enterprise customers. This role involves acting as the primary technical and strategic owner, earning trust with customer leadership, scoping solutions, and building working AI agents. You will be the direct owner for each account's agents end-to-end, partnering with various teams to scale the agent in production and integrate it into the customer's core operations. This position offers a unique blend of executive influence, product building instincts, and founder-like ownership, allowing you to build solutions directly on high-stakes accounts with cross-functional support.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities, partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward-deployed engineers to build working AI agents.
- Serve as the executive partner to the C-suite of Fortune 500 companies, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap.
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production, understanding customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
- Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks from successful deployments to scale across accounts and inform the product roadmap.
- Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while remaining accountable for the outcome.
- Run feedback loops into Product and Engineering to shape the product based on frontline learnings from demanding deployments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
- A builder's instinct to design and build solutions directly.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs and engage in technical conversations.
- Executive presence and a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you implement it.
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience (preferred).
- An MBA, or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology (a plus).
- Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level (preferred).
