Decagon is seeking a Senior Agent Product Manager to own the successful delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for their customers. This role serves as the primary technical and strategic owner, earning trust with customer leadership, scoping solutions, and building working AI agents. You will be the direct owner for each account's agents end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale agents in production and grow them into a core part of customer operations. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring executive influence, product building instincts, and founder-like ownership, designed for those who want to build solutions rather than just hand off recommendations. You will own the outcome end-to-end on high-stakes accounts with the support of Decagon's teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical win on Decagon's largest strategic opportunities by partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward-deployed engineers to build working AI agents.
- Serve as the executive partner to C-suite of Fortune 500 companies, defining and driving their AI transformation roadmap and owning the relationship from initial conversation through production and expansion.
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production, deeply understanding each customer's workflows, pain points, and goals.
- Develop reusable frameworks and playbooks from learnings that scale across accounts and inform Decagon's product roadmap.
- Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while remaining accountable for the outcome.
- Run tight feedback loops into Product and Engineering to shape the product based on front-line deployment learnings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning the trust of senior executives.
- Experience as an engagement manager, project leader, or senior manager from top consulting firms, or as a product manager, founder, or in forward-deployed/solutions roles at high-growth tech companies.
- A builder's instinct to design and build solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs and engage in technical conversations with engineers and executives.
- Executive presence and a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you implement it.
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience (preferred).
- An MBA, or equivalent experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology (a plus).
- Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation programs at the Fortune 500 level (preferred).
