Decagon is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to join their multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on driving GTM-wide strategy, operations, and analytics, acting as a proactive, data-driven partner to leadership. The associate will provide critical insights, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure successful execution of revenue-generating processes. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processes across GTM functions, including account and opportunity ownership, deal and renewal processing, and territory operationalization.
- Monitor CRM, records, and dashboards, and generate reports for GTM leadership.
- Create, manipulate, and analyze reports to derive data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within internal systems through regular audits and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal processes, best practices, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with senior team members to streamline processes and implement solutions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or an equivalent role.
- Proven ability to identify and fix broken processes proactively.
- Demonstrated ownership and bias for action, with the ability to manage deliverables end-to-end and delve into details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is required.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Clay, Hubspot is a plus.
