Decagon is seeking a Product Manager to join its founding team and shape the future of its Enterprise Agent Platform. This role will focus on the critical and complex aspects of enabling AI agents to interact with enterprise systems, including integrations, deployment, APIs, and developer experience. You will be instrumental in defining the product foundation that powers AI agent creation and operation for Decagon's enterprise clients, driving initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. This is an opportunity to tackle the least-solved problems in enterprise AI and unlock the next wave of deployments for major customers.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience, integrations channels, and enterprise readiness.
- Determine which features to build natively, make self-serve, or open up for customer and partner extension.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on data handling, retention, and residency.
- Drive channel and partner expansion in conjunction with go-to-market and business development teams, including marketplace listings and co-sell motions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher).
- Experience building integrations, API platforms, or developer-facing products.
- Proven ability to ship products where the complexity lies in handling numerous systems, inconsistent APIs, and lack of clean abstractions.
- Familiarity with enterprise requirements for deployment, including security reviews, data handling, compliance, and deployment constraints.
- Strong technical acumen, capable of discussing APIs, auth, and deployment models with engineers and understanding system design documents.
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise customers, including technical evaluations and security reviews.
- A track record of shipping features that positively impacted key metrics in fast-paced environments.
