Decagon is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for a major product area within their conversational AI platform. This role involves partnering closely with customers and internal teams to deliver features that enhance the platform's power, flexibility, and enterprise readiness. You will be instrumental in designing AI-powered features, building intelligent systems for agent control, creating effortless self-serve configuration experiences, and expanding the platform's reach through integrations. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to ensure the core platform meets the needs of diverse customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Shape the roadmap for core capabilities that power the next generation of AI agents from concept to launch.
- Work closely with customers to uncover new ways AI can transform workflows, unlock automation, and elevate customer experience.
- Translate breakthrough ideas into clear product specifications and partner with engineering and design to bring them to life.
- Design AI-powered features that turn raw conversation data into actionable insights.
- Build intelligent systems that give enterprises precise control over agent learning, adaptation, and deployment.
- Create self-serve configuration experiences powered by real-time AI guidance and automation.
- Expand platform reach by connecting AI agents to live data streams, tools, and APIs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher).
- Strong technical acumen, comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and architecture with engineers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.
- A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience is a plus.
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
