Decagon is seeking high-motor, high-impact Founder Associates to join our Founder's Office. This team works directly with our Founders and Executives to scale the business and build the foundation of a world-class AI company. You will have a direct role in tackling our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges, driving initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and building processes to get things done. This role offers a front-row seat to the growth of a leading conversational AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives across the company.
- Identify key areas for improvement.
- Build processes to scale the business.
- Tackle high-priority strategic and operational challenges.
- Own projects end-to-end, from problem identification to solution implementation.
Requirements
- Past founder experience or ambition to become a founder.
- Exceptional operator comfortable in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and tackle ambiguous challenges.
- Proficiency in first-principles thinking, problem analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- Passion for building from the ground up with a strong bias toward action.
