Decagon is seeking an Agent Strategy Manager to join their London office. This role is a key part of the Agent Strategy team, focusing on shaping how customers utilize and derive value from Decagon's conversational AI platform. You will partner closely with enterprise clients to guide their AI agent deployments, support adoption, and ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into product improvements and influence the roadmap. The role requires a blend of relationship management and hands-on execution, ideal for a fast-paced environment with a desire for direct impact in a high-growth company.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and its operational framework.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor.
- Guide customers through the entire deployment journey, from scoping to full adoption and value realization.
- Continuously learn and enhance expertise in product features, functionality, and the broader AI industry to establish best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Identify and support new projects and initiatives to benefit the team and customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical improvements and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
- Native or business-level fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Proven experience managing large customers and driving complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Go-To-Market sales teams and processes.
- Strong technical acumen and passion for the agent building process (coding ability not required).
