Decagon is seeking an Agent Strategy Manager to join their high-impact team. This role involves partnering closely with customers to guide AI agent deployments, support adoption, and ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs, solve challenges, and help shape the performance of Decagon's conversational AI platform in real-world environments. This position blends relationship management with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and wants to make a direct impact.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and establish its operational framework.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, acting as their strategic advisor.
- Guide customers through the entire deployment journey, from scoping to full adoption and value realization.
- Continuously learn and enhance expertise in product features, functionality, and the broader AI industry to develop best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Identify and support new projects and initiatives to benefit the team and customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical improvements and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
- Proven experience managing large customers and driving high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Go-To-Market sales teams and processes.
- Strong technical acumen and passion for the agent building process (coding ability not required).
