Decagon is seeking an Agent Strategy Manager to join their high-impact team, shaping how customers utilize and derive value from their conversational AI platform. This role involves partnering closely with enterprise clients to guide their AI agent deployments, support adoption, and ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes. You will act as a strategic advisor, co-piloting customers through their deployment journey from initial scoping to full value realization. This position blends relationship management with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs, solve challenges, and influence the product roadmap based on real-world performance and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Strategy function and establish its operational framework.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with customers, serving as their strategic advisor.
- Guide customers through their deployment journey, from project scoping to full adoption and value realization.
- Continuously learn and enhance expertise in product features, functionality, and the broader AI industry to establish best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Identify and support new projects and initiatives to benefit the team and customers.
- Collaborate with Agent Product & Engineering teams to identify technical improvement opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role (e.g., Technical Account Manager).
- Proven experience managing large customers and driving high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Go-To-Market sales teams and processes.
- Strong technical acumen and passion for the agent building process (coding ability not required).
