Decagon is seeking a Senior Individual Contributor Agent Data Scientist to join their team. Responsibilities
- Define metrics for measuring AI agent performance in collaboration with customers.

- Develop product features, tools, and frameworks to enhance the data science capabilities of the Decagon team.

- Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams based on insights from demanding deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in data science, analytics, or a similar quantitative role.
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end analyses and influence decisions.
- Exceptional judgment in metric interpretation, including identifying edge cases and prioritizing effectively.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and shaping approaches.
- Strong independence, ability to set priorities, and define work with minimal direction.
