Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to act as "seeds" within their product teams, helping to establish an autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model. This role is for individuals who want to be at the forefront of integrating AI into the engineering workflow, contributing to the entire product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations, reducing friction between frontend and backend.
- Act as a "seed learner" within the team, absorbing full stack practices and contributing ideas.
- Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle, from design to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related major.
- Hands-on project experience (personal, coursework, internships, or open-source).
- Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end projects.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to go beyond assigned scope.
- Possess a product mindset and curiosity about the "why" behind development.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
- Passionate about learning new technologies.
