Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Scale infrastructure to support rapid growth by implementing autoscaling strategies and optimizing resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain internal developer tools and platforms to enhance engineering velocity.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure infrastructure meets future demand efficiently.
• Implement and maintain observability tooling for development and operations support.
• Automate repetitive tasks and build self-service tooling to reduce operational toil.
• Support incident response and participate in on-call rotations.
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
• Embed security and compliance requirements into infrastructure and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with Terraform.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
• Strong automation mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
