AIOS is seeking a Software Engineer, Growth to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on building the products, experiments, and systems that drive patient acquisition and treatment initiation for AIOS's AI doctor platform. You will own conversion funnels from the initial interaction to the first purchase, collaborating with a Funnel Conversion Lead and Web Designer to rapidly test and iterate on strategies. A significant part of the role involves enhancing conversational funnels powered by an AI agent named Jesse, guiding leads through their journey to treatment. You will also contribute to experimentation infrastructure, growth tooling, and backend services, ensuring the software is clear, tested, observable, and reusable across markets. The company is experiencing rapid growth, with a mission to become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company.
Responsibilities
- Own conversion funnels from first click to first purchase and iterate until they convert.
- Build and run landing page, quiz, eligibility, and checkout experiments weekly.
- Develop conversational funnels where an AI agent guides leads to starting treatment.
- Launch new markets by taking funnels from MVP to a converting V1, optimizing for speed.
- Ensure tracking, attribution, and experiment results are reliable for growth team decision-making.
- Build and manage backend services, integrations, and event pipelines for the growth stack.
- Develop clear, tested, observable, and reusable software for cross-market application.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and Codex to accelerate development and enhance work quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working closely with Growth teams.
- Proven track record of shipping meaningful products.
