Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel methods to advance large language models.
- Work across various use cases like reasoning, code, and agents, and modalities including text, image, and speech.
- Build tooling and infrastructure for large-scale training, evaluation, and analysis of AI models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI systems.
Requirements
- Highly proficient software engineer in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, Java).
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) or distributed systems (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- High engineering competence, including the ability to design complex, production-usable software.
- Self-starter, autonomous, and a team player.
