Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel methods to advance large language models.
- Work across various use cases like reasoning, code, and agents, and modalities including text, image, and speech.
- Build tooling and infrastructure for large-scale AI model training, evaluation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI systems.
Requirements
- Expertise in speech input/output methodologies, specifically for audio.
- High proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, Java).
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) or distributed systems (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- High engineering competence, including designing complex software for production use.
- Self-starter, autonomous, and a team player.
- Experience working with large-scale speech-language models.
- Hands-on experience training large transformer models in a distributed fashion.
- Ability to navigate the full MLOps stack, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
- Strong publication record in a relevant scientific domain.
