Mistral AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive the adoption and deployment of their AI solutions. This role involves working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation, sitting at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment. You will partner with senior executives to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales, directly contributing to customer success by bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI solutions.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating possibilities and value.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases and quantify ROI.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows.
- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production.
- Own the execution of pilot projects and proofs-of-value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and maximizing value.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to business outcomes and communicate progress.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Mistral's internal teams, influencing product and research roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts.
- Travel to foster client relationships and support on-site deployment.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering, technical sales).
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
