Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales calls to understand client needs and challenges.
- Lead qualification calls to identify prospects who would benefit most from our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to advance the sales pipeline by providing technical expertise.
- Guide and support customers in deploying our text completion API into their infrastructure.
- Work closely with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.
- Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces.
- Liaise with product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
- Design and develop product features to meet customer needs.
- Ensure customers are maximizing the product's potential.
- Provide post-deployment support and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct periodic reviews with customers to gather feedback and ascertain satisfaction.
- Offer recommendations for product optimizations or new features based on customer feedback.
- Develop features as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Passion for AI and a drive to stay updated with the latest advancements.
- Proven experience in product implementation for AI or machine learning products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them to successful completion.
- Proficiency in understanding and developing code.
- Familiarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable team player excelling in a fast-paced environment.
- Readiness to support pre-sales and deployment tasks.
