Mistral AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive the adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly Generative AI. This individual will work closely with Sales Executives to tailor Mistral's offerings to client needs, design implementation projects, and guide companies in integrating GenAI into their operations. The role involves ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production, partnering with product and science teams, and tackling complex business problems with AI to deliver measurable outcomes. The position requires a passion for AI, a drive to stay updated on the latest advancements, and the ability to connect technology with business value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales calls to understand client needs and challenges.
- Lead qualification calls to identify prospects who would benefit most from Mistral's solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to advance the sales pipeline by providing technical expertise.
- Guide and support customers in deploying Mistral's models and products into their infrastructure.
- Work with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.
- Assist clients in integrating Mistral's APIs into their front-end interfaces.
- Liaise with product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
- Design and develop product features to meet customer needs.
- Ensure customers are maximizing the product's potential.
- Provide post-deployment support and address any arising issues.
- Conduct periodic reviews with customers to ascertain satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Offer recommendations for product optimizations or new features.
- Execute technical discovery to understand client needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Contribute to identifying and qualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock value.
- Influence evaluation criteria and manage the evaluation process for customer projects.
- Create a strategic vision for customers based on their strategy, desired business outcomes, and required capabilities.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven experience in product implementation for AI or machine learning products.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in developing custom prototypes using frameworks in Python or Javascript.
- Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science.
- Proficiency in understanding and developing code.
- Familiarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.
- Ability to connect technology and business value.
- Result-driven and resilient.
- Fluent in English.
- Adaptable team player excelling in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support pre-sales and deployment tasks.
- Familiarity with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus.
