About the job
As an intern in Accenture's Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, you will help clients connect technology choices to business ambitions and measurable value. Working with experienced consultants, you will gain exposure to technology strategy, operating model design, technology and AI value optimization, and the delivery of complex transformations. You will contribute to project work through research, analysis, workshops and clear, actionable recommendations. You will gain hands-on exposure to real cloud, AI and modernization programs across industries, supported by coaching and Accenture's Architecture community. You will build the foundations to grow toward a 360-degree transformation architect, connecting enterprise, domain and technology architecture.
Responsibilities
- Research business and technology trends, including cloud, AI and digital transformation, and translate findings into relevant client insights.
- Support assessments of technology organizations, IT operating models, governance, current capabilities and investment portfolios.
- Help develop technology strategies, future-state operating models, business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Contribute to technology value and cost analyses, such as IT spend transparency, cloud and AI economics, FinOps and portfolio optimization.
- Explore how AI-enabled software engineering and modern ways of working can improve development productivity, quality and time-to-market.
- Support transformation teams with planning, milestone tracking, risks, dependencies and benefits realization, keeping the focus on business outcomes.
- Prepare structured analyses, workshop materials and presentations that make complex findings easy for stakeholders to understand.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Genuine interest in application, solution or enterprise architecture and how technology enables business transformation.
- Basic familiarity with software, systems or cloud concepts through studies or personal projects.
- Curiosity about cloud-native solutions, APIs, microservices and integration architecture.
- Interest in AI, Agentic AI, LLM integration and AI-assisted or spec-driven engineering approaches.
- Analytical and structured, with a willingness to investigate unfamiliar technologies and ask thoughtful questions.
- Collaborative, eager to learn from experienced architects and comfortable explaining ideas clearly.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
