Accenture is seeking a Manager with strong technological and delivery expertise to join their Intelligent Industry team. This role focuses on defining and building the technological foundations that enable industrial companies to transform data, processes, and information into scalable, tangible results, leveraging intelligence for business advantage. The manager will be responsible for developing architectural solutions, guiding delivery teams from detailed design to production, and fostering the growth of architectural capabilities within the team. This involves understanding client business needs, translating them into technological roadmaps, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of solutions, from cloud setup and data ingestion to AI services.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth of architectural competencies for intelligent industry by developing people, skills, reference architectures, assets, standards, and best practices.
- Act as a technological and delivery reference for client and sales teams, translating client needs into achievable architectures and roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including cloud and platform setup, data ingestion, backend services, API management, and data exposure for analytics and AI.
- Govern key architectural decisions and reviews, coordinating technical teams and ensuring consistency between design, implementation, and project goals.
- Maintain alignment with advancements in cloud, data platforms, microservices, integration, DevOps, and AI architectures, collaborating with technology partners.
Requirements
- Experience in technology leadership, architecture, or capability roles with responsibility for people development and complex initiatives.
- Ability to translate business needs into complete and achievable technological solutions and roadmaps with a strong delivery focus.
- Experience leading end-to-end software, cloud, integration, or data platform projects from solution definition to production.
- Solid knowledge of modern software architectures including public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, APIs, integration, SQL/NoSQL, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Understanding of data architectures, ingestion, processing, and exposure patterns, and how data fuels Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI solutions.
- Ability to govern end-to-end architectures and possess deep expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure, DevOps, Data Platform, Backend/API & Integration, or AI/Agentic Architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience collaborating with technology and ecosystem partners.
- Fluent English.
