About the job
As an AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role involves integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. You will implement generative models and may engage with various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with project goals and continuous refinement of AI-driven solutions are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven applications ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with, and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications.
- Ability to integrate AI models into production pipelines ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and image processing techniques relevant to AI solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
