As an AI / ML Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. You will integrate generative AI models into solutions and may work on diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align development efforts and maintain high-quality standards is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and practical implementation of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with, and manage the team.
- Be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI and machine learning operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
- Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing AI models in production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and integrating AI services into application pipelines.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical application within enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, and AI-driven conversational systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows to maintain high performance and efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education.
