About the job
As an AI Infrastructure Architect, you will design and construct tailored artificial intelligence infrastructure and hardware solutions. This role involves continuously evaluating and enhancing system performance, power efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability across the computational stack. You will provide expert advice on emerging AI infrastructure technologies, assess vendor offerings, and oversee the seamless integration of full-stack solutions to support advanced AI applications. Collaboration with various teams to align infrastructure capabilities with strategic objectives is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build custom AI infrastructure and hardware solutions.
- Optimize AI infrastructure/hardware performance, power consumption, cost, and scalability.
- Advise on AI infrastructure technology and vendor evaluation, selection, and full-stack integration.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of AI infrastructure technologies and vendors.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Influence and advise on AI infrastructure strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure design principles, including hardware optimization and computational resource management.
- Experience in performance tuning and power consumption optimization for large-scale AI systems.
- Ability to integrate complex AI hardware and software stacks for scalable and cost-effective solutions.
- Familiarity with vendor evaluation processes and full-stack AI infrastructure integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
