As a Voice Agent Engineer, you will be instrumental in connecting our GTM AI agents with real-world customer outcomes, playing a key role in the evolution of AI in sales.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on full-stack systems to power AI agents from concept to deployment.
- Research and evaluate new approaches for agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to enhance user experience for non-technical users.
- Share learnings, document findings, and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
- Participate in peer reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical deep dives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
- A CS/Engineering degree and professional experience.
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or customer-facing technical role is a plus.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systems.
- Interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or voice technologies.
- Responsive and proactive in addressing customer needs with a bias for action.
- Comfortable shipping quickly and improving continuously in live deployments.
