Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on full-stack systems for AI agent development and deployment.
- Research and evaluate new methods for agent orchestration, prompting, and model alignment.
- Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to enhance user experience for non-technical users.
- Share knowledge, document findings, and contribute to internal best practices.
- Engage in peer reviews, brainstorming, and technical discussions with the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
- A CS/Engineering degree and professional experience; startup, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles are a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and debugging live systems.
- Interest in AI/ML, conversational AI, or voice technologies.
- Proactive in addressing customer needs and comfortable with rapid iteration in live environments.
