Backed by prominent investors, Mutiny is focused on building a generational company. As a Senior Engineer on the AI Product team, you will architect and develop core agent experiences, making non-deterministic AI models trustworthy and reliable for users. This role involves close collaboration with product, design, and founders to shape the future of an agent-first GTM platform, with a strong emphasis on architecture, evaluation, and guardrails. The position is based in New York City, requiring a five-day-a-week in-office presence, with a weekly shipping cadence.
