Cloudflare is seeking a Vice President of Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function and ensure the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework, risk management processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role reports directly to the Chair of the Audit Committee with a dotted line to the CFO. The ideal candidate will be a creative and entrepreneurial leader who can transform legacy processes and controls by integrating AI-assisted and automated operating models, coupling integrity, security, and compliance with innovation.

The Vulnerability Management (VM) Engineer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and supporting the remediation of vulnerabilities across Cloudflare's infrastructure and cloud environments. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Compliance teams to identify, triage, and drive timely and effective remediation of security vulnerabilities in line with defined SLAs. A key focus will be supporting DOD IL4 and Fedramp preparation, ensuring vulnerability processes, evidence, and tooling align with regulatory and assurance requirements. The engineer will also apply AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance scanning efficiency, triage accuracy, and automated remediation pathways. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple remediation activities concurrently.
