Broccoli is building AI teammates for contractors to manage their businesses, handling tasks like answering phones, booking appointments, and recovering revenue. We've grown rapidly to over $15M ARR in under two years, backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator. We are seeking our first dedicated data hire to build and own the unified data layer that powers our customer dashboards, internal analytics, and AI tools. This role involves designing and implementing data pipelines, modeling data into clean and documented tables, and establishing a source-of-truth library for metrics and definitions. You will work closely with the Strategy & Ops team and engineering to ensure data is reliable, consistent, and accessible for both human users and AI agents. The ideal candidate will own the data architecture, tooling choices, and ensure the trustworthiness of all data within the company.
