Bland.ai is seeking an Agent Solutions Engineer to join their Series C startup. This role is crucial for translating customer challenges into functional, production-ready AI voice agents that deliver real value. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique workflows and data, build tailored AI solutions, and integrate APIs and data sources to automate business processes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, prototypes quickly, iterates based on feedback, and collaborates deeply with customer teams to ensure agents perform, scale, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will own the end-to-end delivery of these solutions, from initial discovery to final deployment, ensuring a natural and on-brand user experience. Additionally, you will drive adoption and expansion by sharing results, training teams, and uncovering new automation opportunities.

We are looking for someone to contribute to the development of our next-generation multimodal LLM stack, combining speech, text, tools, and real-time reasoning into a single unified system. You’ll be responsible for building industry-leading conversational AI models that power Bland's agent, and taking them all the way from idea to production. You will define how our agents listen, think, and act in real time, integrating streaming audio, tool execution, and dynamic context into a single coherent system. You will take ideas from research through production systems serving millions of calls per day.
