Avoca is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Engineer to embed directly with their largest clients in the home services industry. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client businesses and then design, build, and deploy AI systems that manage their front-line customer interactions. This is a hands-on position where you will own the entire build process, from initial customer discussions to live deployments handling significant call volumes. Your insights from working directly with customers will directly influence the company's core product roadmap.
