Our platform allows healthcare organizations to deploy, manage, and optimize multilingual AI agents for complex patient service workflows like appointment management and prescription services. We are building a trainable, operational platform that functions as a true AI workforce, with EHR integration capabilities, and is already handling thousands of calls daily. We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect and implement the core backend infrastructure—microservices, APIs, databases, and message queues—that enables healthcare organizations to deploy AI agents at scale. This role is crucial for creating scalable, reliable backend systems that support complex healthcare workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance and integrating with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
