This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a 0-to-1 environment, combining startup excitement with the resources of a tech leader. You will be instrumental in bringing enterprise-grade ML and AI personalization capabilities to companies that already have their data on Databricks, enabling them to power personalization, recommendations, churn and lifetime-value modeling, and audience targeting without needing an in-house ML/AI team. This is a foundational role where you will set the technical direction and best practices for ML/AI personalization work.
