As an Agent Strategist on a Flagship Deployment, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of Sierra's AI agents for one of our largest and most strategic customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, agent building, and customer engagement, requiring you to be as close to the technology as you are to the people you serve. You will transform complex customer problems into agents that deliver measurable business impact, owning the entire Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through to production launch and continuous iteration. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategies and partnering closely with customer teams to ensure alignment and drive success.
