NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SoC Subsystem & I/O Architect to join its LPU team. This role is responsible for defining the high-level architecture for next-generation AI and high-performance computing products. The position requires deep expertise in SoC subsystems and uncore IPs, including interconnects, memory systems, coherency, boot processes, system initialization, protection mechanisms, reliability, power management, and debug interfaces. The architect will translate product requirements into detailed architectural specifications and collaborate closely with IP teams to develop build documents. This role involves building and utilizing models to validate architectural intent and subsystem behavior before RTL or silicon development.
