Legora is seeking a Benefits Analyst to serve as the analytical and administrative backbone of their benefits function. This role is ideal for someone early in their benefits career who wants hands-on experience and ownership in building processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate enrollment data, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, and providing clear answers to employee benefits questions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, you will support day-to-day benefits administration across the US, with increasing exposure to international programs as the company scales.
