BLEN is seeking an AI Engineer to help clients build production-grade applications powered by large language models, with a focus on agentic systems and MCP-based integrations. You will be responsible for developing agents that act on behalf of users, RAG pipelines for grounding answers, and MCP servers for secure model integration with client data and tools. This role involves wiring model APIs, designing tool interfaces, building evaluations, and ensuring applications are fast, reliable, observable, and safe. It is a hands-on shipping role, not a research position, focused on designing and deploying agentic AI systems for real users and shaping responsible AI adoption.
