The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running smoothly, ensuring every employee can do their best work without friction. We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines strong technical skills with a service-oriented mindset and sound judgment. As Anthropic grows rapidly, the IT department must scale accordingly. This involves managing onboarding at scale, automating repetitive tasks (potentially using Claude), and enhancing the daily employee experience. You will provide support across our predominantly macOS environment and contribute to operational tasks that enable scaling. Collaborating closely with IT Engineering and Security, there will be opportunities to transition into more technical infrastructure work over time. This is not a role with predefined scripts; you will have significant ownership, utilize your judgment to improve processes, and grow with the team as we expand.
