As a Manager of Applied AI Engineers for Anthropic's Megas segment, you will lead a team of technical engineers working closely with Anthropic's largest and most strategic accounts. These partner-customers use Claude to transform their businesses and distribute it through their platforms. Your team will collaborate with their product and engineering organizations to co-design technical solutions, advise on architecture, develop evaluation frameworks, and guide advanced LLM implementation patterns. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and growing this team while maintaining a high bar for engineering judgment. Your engineers will work in account-aligned pods with Applied AI Architects, and you will partner with various internal teams including Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Research. You will guide your team from technical discovery through production deployment, establish best practices from successful engagements, and channel customer requirements back into Anthropic's product and research roadmap, all while upholding high standards for safety and reliability. This role is at the forefront of LLM capabilities and will define how Anthropic scales its technical impact with key relationships.
