We are seeking a Junior Developer to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team, focusing on an automated content generation system. This role involves contributing to all stages of development, from stabilizing the existing vertical video pipeline for social media platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, to developing agentic architecture and building analytics. You will work with cutting-edge generative models and agentic tools on a real production product, gaining insights into the games industry and the creator economy. The position offers the opportunity to make independent technical decisions, build expertise in generative AI, and grow into a technical owner role.
Responsibilities
- Stabilize and operate the existing vertical video generation pipeline (script to auto-posting and tracking).
- Improve content quality, virality, generation volume, cost, and turnaround time.
- Evaluate and integrate new generation models and services (video, image, voice, LLM).
- Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction, including character, voice, style, and content.
- Design and improve agents by writing and debugging prompts, defining sub-agent roles, and managing context and cost.
- Build a dashboard for generation management and content analytics (views, clicks, conversions, cost).
- Automate publishing processes, including platform integrations and scaling channels.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code with unit and integration tests.
Requirements
- Solid Python and basic bash skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) and agentic pipelines.
- Experience using tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a working environment.
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics, including agent roles, context limiting, and structured output.
- Familiarity with Git, team development, and Docker basics.
- Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, with basic database understanding (SQL).
- Understanding of vertical content, creator economy, and video discovery on platforms like TikTok and Shorts.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in delivering results and proposing improvements.
- Ability to understand and reconstruct logic from existing code and documentation.
- Independence in technical decisions and open communication.
- Product thinking, focusing on content metrics and cost per video.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Experimental mindset with a willingness to test hypotheses and discard unsuccessful approaches.
- Desire to grow with the project and take on technical ownership.
- English proficiency for reading technical documentation (Intermediate+).
