SpaceXAI is seeking an AI Tutor specializing in Writing to evaluate, refine, and create elite-level writing across various genres and formats. The goal is to advance Grok's capabilities in specific writing specialties. This role involves hands-on contribution to the company's mission, with a focus on engineering excellence, curiosity, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to developing AI that produces expert-level writing.
Responsibilities
- Label, annotate, and refine AI-generated text for clarity, structure, engagement, and accuracy using proprietary software.
- Leverage expertise in a chosen Writing Specialty to curate high-quality data for improving AI writing outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers and specialists to develop tasks that enhance AI's writing proficiency.
- Improve annotation tools and workflows for greater efficiency.
- Undertake secondary tasks as needed to improve Grok's overall writing and other areas.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in English and qualification in at least one Writing Specialty.
- Ability to critique and refine AI-generated text for readability, logical flow, grammar, consistency, style, creativity, and reader immersion.
- Strong attention to detail, with experience using reference materials and style guides for accurate annotations.
- Flawless grammar, spelling, clarity, and precision.
- Superlative communication, interpersonal, analytical, and editorial skills.
- Commitment to developing AI that produces expert-level writing.
- Highly adaptable and able to work under deadlines.
- Specific qualifications for Creative Fiction Writing, Game Writing, Technical Writing, Nonfiction Writing, Journalistic Writing, or Copywriting (detailed in the job description).
