WRITER is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented AI Transformation Lead Manager to lead and scale a team of transformation leads serving Fortune 100 accounts. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership and business strategy, coaching a team that helps the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink how they work and achieve measurable P&L impact. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the playbook for enterprise AI transformation, developing leaders who drive the next industrial revolution by helping C-suite teams move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization. Your work will directly shape the transformation function and influence WRITER's product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI Transformation Leads, setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting career growth.
- Set the vision and standard for how the team drives ROI and value realization across strategic Fortune 100 accounts, ensuring measurable P&L impact.
- Build and maintain executive relationships at strategic accounts, serving as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the roadmap and scale transformation best practices.
- Drive team performance and customer health through goal-setting, coaching, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic account management, transformation consulting, or customer success leadership for Fortune 50-100 companies.
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, with the ability to set vision and define frameworks.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for presentations and conflict resolution.
- Curious mindset and active listening style.
