WRITER is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented AI Transformation Lead to partner with their most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. This role goes beyond software implementation, focusing on helping large organizations fundamentally rethink their operations through AI. You will bridge business strategy and cutting-edge technology, translating the WRITER platform's capabilities into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives in adopting an AI-first operating model. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI transformation, driving value realization and influencing WRITER's product roadmap by helping global brands leverage AI to expand human capacity.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio and lead ROI initiatives with a customer success manager.
- Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers, setting vision and defining JTBD frameworks.
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing customer teams, escalations, and risk.
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through anticipating customer needs and working with sales.
- Scale transformation best practices by creating and standardizing decks, frameworks, and communications.
Requirements
- Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, with ability to set vision and translate capabilities to P&L impact.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board presentations and conflict resolution.
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
- Curious mindset and active listening style.
