WRITER is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented AI Transformation Lead to partner with its most strategic Fortune 100 accounts. This role goes beyond software implementation, focusing on helping the world's largest organizations fundamentally rethink their operations through AI. You will bridge business strategy and cutting-edge technology, translating the WRITER platform's capabilities into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives toward an AI-first operating model. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI transformation, driving C-suite leaders from experimentation to full-scale value realization and influencing WRITER's product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer portfolio and lead ROI/value initiatives in partnership with a customer success manager.
- Serve as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers, setting vision and defining JTBD frameworks to drive AI adoption.
- Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor, prioritizing AI initiatives.
- Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyzing and framing the P&L impact of AI adoption.
- Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing customer teams, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales.
- Scale transformation best practices by creating and standardizing decks, frameworks, and communications.
Requirements
- Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
- Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, with the ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board presentations and conflict resolution.
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
- Curious mindset and active listening style.
