WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to lead deployment and activation for a portfolio of clients. This role involves deeply understanding customer business objectives and building programs, communities, and frameworks to drive measurable outcomes from AI investments. You will partner with a Transformation Lead to identify relevant WRITER capabilities for specific use cases and then design and execute strategies to foster significant adoption. This includes building champion networks, running workshops, and advising customers on scaling their AI programs. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, builder's mindset, creating the conditions for customer engagement rather than waiting for it.
Responsibilities
- Own activation and platform success for customer portfolios.
- Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics.
- Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers.
- Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and business outcomes.
- Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, and customized trainings.
- Create advocate networks and champion communities within customer organizations.
- Establish power user communities for peer-to-peer learning.
- Train internal customer trainers to scale enablement.
- Design innovative customer experiences to deepen engagement.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Partner with curriculum teams for customization and delivery of training.
- Create learning experiences that inspire action and drive adoption.
- Refine materials based on customer feedback and adoption data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand evolving customer needs.
- Identify gaps and champion new training opportunities.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of proven experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
- Deep experience understanding customer use cases, mapping specific workflows and business objectives.
- Experience implementing activation strategies such as champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
- Proven success building advocate networks and power user communities.
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases.
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts and communicating them effectively to varied audiences.
- Ability to demonstrate use cases and articulate business value.
- Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
- Skilled at tailoring content and delivery to diverse audiences.
- Ability to partner effectively with curriculum teams while owning customization and delivery.
- Excellence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong program management skills and a natural advisor mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with experimentation.
