WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to lead deployment and activation for a portfolio of clients. This role involves deeply understanding customer business objectives and building programs, communities, and frameworks to drive measurable outcomes from AI investments. You will partner with a Transformation lead to identify suitable WRITER capabilities for various use cases and then design and execute strategies to foster significant adoption. This includes building champion networks, conducting workshops, and advising clients on scaling their AI programs. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, builder's mindset, creating the conditions for customer engagement rather than waiting for it.
Responsibilities
- Own activation and platform success for customer accounts.
- Deeply understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics.
- Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers, translating use cases into impactful workflows.
- Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and business outcomes.
- Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, and customized trainings.
- Create advocate networks and power user communities within customer organizations.
- Train internal customer trainers to scale enablement efforts.
- Design innovative customer experiences to deepen engagement.
- Facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Partner with the curriculum team while owning customization and delivery for customers.
- Refine materials based on customer feedback and adoption data.
- Work cross-functionally to understand evolving customer needs.
- Identify gaps and champion new training opportunities.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of proven experience owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
- Deep experience understanding customer use cases, mapping workflows, and leveraging business objectives.
- Experience implementing activation strategies such as champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
- Proven success building advocate networks and power user communities.
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases.
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts and communicating them effectively to varied audiences.
- Ability to demonstrate use cases and articulate business value.
- Expertise delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
- Skilled at tailoring content and delivery to diverse audiences based on their use cases.
- Ability to partner effectively with curriculum teams while owning customization and delivery.
- Excellence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong program management skills and a natural advisor mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable with experimentation.
- Self-aware, feedback-driven, and committed to continuous growth.
- 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
